Turnaround
Most orders placed before 5:00am, Monday - Friday (Pacific Coast Time) will be shipped the same or following business day.
Carriers
- USPS is used for nearly all orders.
- Shipping service may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you, usually within 24 hours of the ship date.
Backorders
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order immediately. The backordered item will ship as soon as it becomes available at no additional shipping charge. Additional charges may apply to special orders, oversized items, or rural-address shipments.
