Turnaround
Most orders placed before 5:00am, Monday - Friday (Pacific Coast Time) will be shipped the same or following business day.
Carriers
- FedEx Standard Overnight (for all Next Day Air shipments).
- USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS (for 2nd Day Air shipments).
- USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 Day service for most areas).
- USPS Ground (5 to 8 Day service for most areas).
Order Tracking
If a Tracking number is provided by the Shipping Carrier, we will provide you with tracking information either by calling or emailing you directly, usually within 24 hours of the ship date.
Backorders
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock immediately so you don't have to wait. When the backordered item becomes readily available we will then ship it out to you ASAP. You WILL NOT be charged any additional shipping and handling for the extra shipment (Does not apply to Airmail, Special Orders, Oversized or Rural address shipments).
