I contacted the store on Friday. I ordered the Cam Stop online the same day. The gentleman I spoke with on Friday told me it would most likely not arrive until Friday or Saturday the following week. I checked my mail the following Monday, and the package had been delivered. I was not certain this was what I needed. I provided my serial number to the person. He called PSE to verify the part. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.
